Requesting Your Health Care Records
You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records maintained by Denison Psychological Services. To request your records:
Submit a written request through the secure client portal.
Email a written request to Dr. Miranda Denison.

Records will be provided in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. Fees may be applied as permitted by law. If you have any questions about accessing your records, please contact Dr. Miranda Denison for assistance through a client portal message, email, or by phone.
Contacting the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC)
Consumers may contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) regarding licensed mental health professionals in Texas.

Complaints to the Office of the Texas Attorney General
Texas consumers may file complaints with the Office of the Texas Attorney General. Instructions for filing a complaint, and answers to relevant questions, can be found on the Consumer Protection page of the Office of the Texas Attorney General’s website.
