FAQs
-
I am not credentialed with insurance plans, Medicaid, or Medicare. However, I’m happy to provide you with an invoice (a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
-
A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim.
At any time, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider—if you have out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse you directly.
For out-of-network benefits, you may want to ask your insurance provider the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits?
If I do, is there an out-of-network deductible I have to meet? How much of that deductible has been met this year?
What percentage or dollar amount will be reimbursed for 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute therapy sessions?
How do I submit a superbill?
-
Initial consultation (15 minutes): $0

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask some background questions, but we’ll also focus on what feels most important to you right now. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, not rushed.
-
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, though this can shift depending on your goals and needs. There's no set timeline for therapy—it’s a process we’ll navigate together based on your goals.
-
Therapy isn’t always linear, but over time, you might notice shifts in how you respond to stress, how you relate to others—or how you and your partner relate to each other—and how you talk to yourself. We’ll check in regularly about your progress to make sure we’re on the right track. You don’t have to figure it out alone—it’s something we’ll explore together.
